Some people cannot find a way out of their stress and get habituated to over eating termed as stress eating. Over eating results in over weight that poses other health problems. 1. Find a way out of your stress
 To overcome the eating habits it is essential to get rid of the actual culprit, the stress. You can easily overcome stress by diverting yourself. For example, if you are very bored of what you are doing take a break rather than struggling forcibly. Talk to a friend or have a cup of hot tea or just go for a walk. You will feel relaxed and will have energy to concentrate. It is found that regular practice of exercises early in the morning helps to overcome the regular stress that is commonly seen in work.
